Postion Overview

We seek an enthusiastic and strategic Campaign Manager for the 87th Assembly District, encompassing parts of Marathon, Taylor, Clark, Rusk, and Sawyer counties. This role is pivotal to the success of our campaign, especially in navigating the potential complexities of redistricting and ensuring robust representation across the diverse regions within the district.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight:

Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies that effectively address each county's unique needs and concerns within the district.
Stay informed about potential redistricting plans and adapt strategies to maintain adequate coverage and influence across the district.

Team Coordination and Leadership:

Establish and maintain a network of local contacts or representatives in each part of the district to ensure widespread community engagement and support.
Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment adaptable to changing political landscapes.

Communication and Outreach:

Serve as a primary point of contact for campaign communications within the district, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
Oversee outreach efforts, including organizing events, managing social media presence, and facilitating community dialogues.

Resource Management:

Efficiently allocate and manage campaign resources, including volunteers, funding, and materials, to maximize impact across the district.
Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and resource distribution.
