Campaign Communications and Distribution Coordinator

We are seeking a Campaign Communications and Distribution Coordinator to manage and execute the crucial tasks of answering campaign-related calls and dispatching literature and other campaign materials. Key Responsibilities:

1. Call Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming campaign calls, providing information, addressing inquiries, and managing feedback with tact and discretion.
• Maintain a professional demeanor, especially when handling challenging or harassing calls, ensuring that all interactions reflect positively on the campaign.

1. Distribution of Materials:

• Coordinate sending campaign literature and materials, managing stock of postage stamps, boxes, envelopes, and other necessary supplies.
• Efficiently organize and dispatch materials to supporters, volunteers, and interested parties, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

1. Record Keeping:

• Maintain detailed records of calls received, materials sent out, and stock levels of distribution materials.
• Prepare regular reports on communication activities and material distribution for the campaign team.

1. Communication Liaison:

• Serve as a liaison between the campaign team and the public, ensuring a consistent and accurate representation of the campaign's message and goals.
• Coordinate with other team members for campaign activities, events, and material needs updates.
